How Our Process Works
We keep things easy and contact-free with porch pickup and drop-off. We believe busy parents deserve one less thing to worry about.
Here’s everything you need to know about how your seat gets from messy to spotless (and back to your porch) with zero hassle
How does pickup work?
You’ll leave your car seat on your front porch at the start of your appointment time on your scheduled night.
We’ll swing by for a no-contact pickup and text you once it’s collected.
Do I need to be home?
Not at all!
As long as the seat is outside and accessible, we’ll handle the rest.
Is there a fee for pickup and delivery?
No fee for standard service areas.
If you’re outside of that zone, we’ll let you know in advance if any travel fee applies.
When will I get the seat back?
Your clean car seat will be returned to your porch by 9 AM the next morning — fresh, dry, and ready to reinstall.
What if I forget to put the seat out?
Just shoot us a text at

and we’ll happily reschedule your pickup.
What areas do you service?
We offer complimentary pickup/drop-off in South County, West County, and surrounding central St. Louis areas.
We’re happy to travel further for a small fee — just send your address to confirm.
