Do you reinstall the car seat?
For safety and liability reasons, we do not reinstall car seats.
We recommend having a caregiver or certified Child Passenger Safety Technician reinstall the seat after cleaning.
Can you remove all stains and odors?
We do our absolute best!
While many stains and smells come out, some deep-set ones (like milk or mold) may not completely disappear — but we always clean thoroughly and safely.
Do you take the whole seat apart?
We do not remove harnesses or any critical components.
We carefully clean all surfaces while preserving the safety and design of the seat.
Do you follow car seat safety guidelines?
Yes — everything we do is based on manufacturer recommendations. We never remove internal harness systems or use anything that could compromise the seat’s safety. Your child’s safety is our #1 priority.
What do you use to clean the seats?
We use mild soaps, warm water, and soft brushes — no harsh chemicals. Our goal is a clean seat without damaging fabric, flame-retardant coatings, or structure.
Where do you offer service?
We offer complimentary pickup/drop-off in South County, West County, and surrounding central St. Louis areas. We’re happy to travel further for a small fee — just send your address to confirm.
