These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by The Tiny Seat Company LLC, including services offered under the names Tiny Seat Company, Tiny Seat, and Tiny Seat STL. By scheduling or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Our Promise
At Tiny Seat, we are committed to providing professional, convenient, and trustworthy service. Every car seat and stroller is cleaned using manufacturer-guided methods whenever applicable. We are proud to be a CPST-owned and operatedbusiness serving families throughout the St. Louis area.
Booking & Customer Authorization
By booking a service, you confirm that you are the owner of the item or have permission from the owner to authorize cleaning and transportation.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, pickup details, and any information that may affect the cleaning process.
Porch Pickup & Delivery
All scheduled items must be placed at the agreed-upon porch pickup location no later than 6:00 PM on the scheduled pickup date unless another time has been confirmed in writing.
If scheduled items are not available at the agreed-upon time, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to an additional trip fee.
Unless otherwise communicated, cleaned items are returned the following morning.
Before Your Appointment
Please remove all personal belongings from your item before pickup.
If your item has been exposed to mold, insects, bodily fluids, smoke, or any other unusual condition, please notify Tiny Seat before your scheduled appointment.
Failure to disclose these conditions may result in refusal of service.
Cleaning Standards
Tiny Seat selects cleaning methods using current manufacturer guidance whenever applicable.
We will not intentionally perform cleaning procedures that are prohibited by the manufacturer.
Cleaning methods may vary depending on the manufacturer, model, materials, and condition of the item.
Car Seat Information
As part of our service, Tiny Seat may document the following information when labels are present and legible:

Expiration Date
This information is provided as a courtesy to assist customers in maintaining their child restraint.
Documentation of this information does not constitute:
A safety inspection
Recall verification
Installation verification
Certification that a child restraint is safe for continued use
Customers remain responsible for:
Registering their child restraint with the manufacturer
Checking for recalls
Ensuring proper installation
Following all manufacturer instructions
Cleaning Expectations
While every effort is made to achieve outstanding results, Tiny Seat cannot guarantee:
Complete stain removal
Complete odor removal
Removal of permanent discoloration
Restoration of faded fabrics
Restoration of worn materials
Results will vary depending on the age, condition, and history of each item.
Existing Damage
Tiny Seat is not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects discovered before, during, or after cleaning, including but not limited to:
Broken components
Missing parts
Missing labels
Cracked foam
Torn fabric
Frayed harnesses
Previous repairs
Manufacturer defects
Normal wear and tear
Refusal of Service
Tiny Seat reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for items presenting safety or sanitation concerns, including but not limited to:
Mold
Active insect infestations
Biohazards
Structural damage
Unsafe conditions
After Delivery
Customers should inspect their returned item promptly.
Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Returned items should be removed from their protective bag within 6 hours of delivery to allow proper airflow and drying.
Safety Disclaimer
Cleaning a child restraint does not certify that it is safe for continued use.
Our service does not replace:
Proper installation
Manufacturer instructions
Routine safety checks
Recall notifications
Customers remain responsible for ensuring their child restraint is appropriate for their child and used according to manufacturer recommendations.
Photos & Documentation
Tiny Seat may photograph items before, during, and after service for purposes including:
Documentation
Quality assurance
Insurance
Marketing
Customer-identifying information will never be shared without permission.
Payments, Cancellations & Trip Fees
Payment, cancellation, rescheduling, and applicable trip fees are governed by the policies in effect at the time of booking.
Limitation of Liability
The Tiny Seat Company LLC maintains commercial business insurance and exercises reasonable care while your property is in our possession.
Our insurance does not modify or expand the limitations described in these Terms & Conditions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiny Seat is not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, manufacturer defects, or normal wear discovered before, during, or after cleaning.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
